The first visit to the Wrentham Developmental Center and its all grass multi-loop course is in the books. This is the course that will host the EMass Division 4 meet in November (i.e. the sectional tournament for our sport). Official results can be seen here:

Congratulations to the three medal winners who finished in the top 25--McKenna Kelemanik who was 3rd in the girls 5k and Matt Karle and Dylan Bonanno who were 23rd and 25th respectively in the boys 5k. Aside from the medal winners there were many well executed races yesterday wherein the message of even pacing was taken to heart, and WHS runners patiently worked their way forward through the field of competitors who had started out too quickly. For those that feel like they might have struggled know that there will be other opportunities to race this course come November.
