The final phase of the season got underway in earnest yesterday afternoon at Franklin Park in Boston with the DCL Championship Meet. It was a good day for racing and this was reflected in the times and overall depth of competition. This has been one of the strongest years in recent memory for the league as a whole. For WHS athletes there were many excellent performances and for those who are veterans of this course, some noteworthy improvements as well. Results can be seen at the links below:

On the bus ride home, the sixth edition of the always popular Golden Microphone competition took place, with three entries stepping up to give their best rendition of popular songs. Team members should take a moment to fill out this brief survey to vote for their favorite performers. Please, one vote per person. The results will be announced at practice on Tuesday.
